I recently tried Tofu G Gelato at Takashimaya and ordered their original flavour, and it turned out to be a pleasantly surprising experience. The texture was incredibly smooth and creamy, yet it had a lightness that set it apart from traditional gelato.
My first time trying tofu ice cream and it’s so creamy. I got the original tofu flavour but the pistachio, chocolate and tangerine were also sooo yummy.
